Wow! I'm impressed. What do You boil Your sap on? Would take me about four days of boiling on my little rig - to get that much syrup.

Ron started the pump this past Fri. for awhile, we're frozen up here. Got enough to boil inside on the woodstove, not enough to get our 2 x 8 going. Just bottled up a 1 qt and 1 pint from what he got. This was from 20 gallons of sap, low sugar content yet. Light and very delicate flavor. We always make medium and dark with alot of rich maple flavor, so this is really different. It's a start. He's just hanging around waiting....
