So the sap was flowing today and I had some sap in my two test lines. One line has 4 taps on it using 5/16" max flow tubing ending at a 5 gallon bucket and the other line has 3 taps ending at a 5 gallon bucket. High temp today was 41 F and at 2:00pm there was a stead drip drip into the buckets. All taps are on gravity.

So I took a few photos of what looks like sap in the tap with a couple air bubbles is something locked up? Should I be concerned?

Nothing is wrong. That is normal.

Thanks for the quick response, it's amazing how paranoid you can get when you're still new at this.

It used to be when I'd fire with 2x4 stud scraps! :)
Welcome to sugaring Bcarpenter, nothing to worrry about, just normal sap flow / tree gas.
