started taping and hope to finish today. I am on gravity and taped the warm slopes with check valves and colder slopes with new clear seasonals. Did one area with last years taps . My goal is the have them all dry up around the same time and I pull them before syrup is real dark. Sap is running next three day look good the freeze up for a week. Was hard to cut of all the old taps so hope it makes a differences
