325abn asked what I had on the side of my 275 arch?what I made is two pieces of flat stock on a angle and tilted forward toward the draw off valve.Sometimes I don't have the volume of sap boiled down to little amount in the pan so this and the sheet of metal on the right I slide under the pan to shut the fire off when removing it from the fire as to not scorch the pan.It happens so fast as most of you know.This gives me time to not mess up and spill and ruin the pan.6596
