Hi Guys...you have not failed me yet, so here is my next question...
I upgraded to a used 2x6 evap. I am using my flat pans to save money this year.
I get a great boil right over the fire box and almost to the end of the ramp, but the back pan does not boil.
1. How much room should there be between the firebrick/sand and the bottom of my pan?
2. how do I know if I need to create more of a ramp or space under the stack?
3. We have a cap on the top of the chimney, should I remove that?
Thanks for any input!!!!
Jared
