Does anyone know if syrup producers in ohio are required to register with the FDA?

I don't think it matters where you are in the country if you fall under the guidelines you'll need big brother watching over you. Search the recent threads on this topic and decide if you fall under the vague and hard to interpret rules of whether you need to or not. I don't think being in Ohio has anything to do with it, still under the federal rules.
