It was a great kick-off to the 2013 maple season. Only 20 buckets hung for a little trial and we just couldn't wait to get out there! My father, wife and son made the work quick and fun. We had a decent run in the middle of the week and were able to make 3 quarts from those 20 buckets. We will end up with 150 taps for the season, 100 buckets and 50 taps on lines.
