now that gravity lines are not as good as vac. but I have run 1000 ft. of mainline and have run 5/16 laturals up hill from the mainline. The grade is about 8 to 10 deg. I have 400 taps with cvs .how much sap on a normal run should I get. thanks

On a normal year I make over .4 gallons/ tap. It is rare that I get over 1 gallon of sap/tap/day. This is with at least 22" of vac. I would guess around 250-300 gallons on gravity from your system.

It depends! :) Really there are just so many variables. I think the sappers moto is "it is what it is" and is agriculture whatever Mother whats us to have she will give us.
