what is the best thing to use to clean bottom of flue pan

im just wondering what is the best thing to use to clean the bottom of a raised flue pan to get all the sout off the bottom thanks.

Elbow Grease! I just soak mine with water and use a wire brush...

One thing I use that helps is oven cleaner. Usually have to spray it on and let it set for a while but you still have to scrub pretty hard to clean it up.
