My wife got me some for a treat a year or 2 ago. It's a Scandinavian cheese that's baked. You serve it warm with maple syrup. Delicious, sweet and salty.

I've seen it at Price Chopper and another supermarket in with the special cheeses kiosk (not where the shredded and Helluvagood etc is)

I guess as a cheesehead I'd sound like a fool if I hadn't heard of it or tried it. We have it in creameries and most grocery stores. Expensive but delicious. Heat it until it glistens a little and gets squeaky, and also try jam on it

yes the squeekiness!
It is expensive, but I get 4 oz now and then for a treat. It has to be served warm for me, really don't like it cold.
