Happy Jacks Maple......Well we got our taps in for our second syrup season....finished the day with 2815 on vac to the sugar house. Looks like Wednesday might be a good day to get some sap to boil. Now we just gotta put in the other 1000 taps on another property and we will be good for the season.

That is an impressive first season and even a more impressive start to your second! For someone who has never made syrup before you dove right in!
