I have just purchased a new cone filter which is SS and I need to install a valve with a nipple to drain the filter. My question is that I want to know if I use a brass nipple and ball valve in the SS housing will there be a dialectric problem or a taste problem with this?
thanks

Why risk it? I was just on the Grainger site looking at ss fittings myself. Not cheap, but not awfull either.
