[Starting Small]

Please report your GPH with the new hybrid flue pan. I am assuming it is made from Smokey Lake. I am thinking about getting one for next year, (2X3, not 2X4). Also how it keeps up with your 100 or so taps. Thanks and good luck!

I am on vacation this week in florida and can't wait to get back and start tapping looks like good weather starting next week. It's a bone chilling 46 here this morning. I am planning on tapping on Wen or Thru. I hope it will be a good season. I am going to have around 300 taps this year. Ya let us know about that pan I am thinking about one also.

my test boil a couple of months ago was extremely promising. I figured that i had at least doubled my gph. I'll post on "real" results once we get up and running. The pan is absolutely beautiful!
