Is a 20 gallon pot on a Bayou Classic burner to big to finish syrup on? I am looking at that set up for brewing beer and also using for syrup. Not sure if I will get beer flavors into my syrup by doing that but would love to limit equipment if I could. Will stainless hold flavors from beer to syrup?
