I have Benn surgaring since I could walk and now have 3by8 wood fired evap didn't sugar last year because didn't have start up cash I have at least 1600 taps all new lineno buckets iI need a few things to get goin this year if any one would like to make money on lending me some money I could make close to 10 grand and u can set the interests u want or can pay u back with syrup I have never made anything darker. Then A dark no lies it all on how fast u get it off an ur pan level

I doubt you will get any bites. Get a business plan and go to a lender. Try Farm Credit, or even your local bank. You might need to start up the way the most of us did, in small steps and grow, reinvesting all income generated and add a whole bunch more from your regular job. Maybe you can win the lottery, and then just keep farming til it's all gone.

call farm credit east in Bedford..they offer ag loans as aspecialty...just did mine through them..only bank that offers the option of interest only payments monthly and the principal payment on june 1 yearly..gives us time to sell our syrup and pay them off..before we spend it on new stuff...then we done have huge payments monthly while we wait for next year..rate was around 5% for a 5 year loan...

I agree with Heus, My personal policy is no money handed out over the phone to telemarketers/beggers and especially over the internet. Makes me wonder if family and friends arn't running to the bank to get into this investment, why should complete strangers? Sorry if this rubs anyone the wrong way but i don't think this forum should be a way to try to get personal loans......thats what banks are for.
