Looks like it should work pretty well. Do you have a cover for the top? You'll want to keep as much heat in as possible so that it flows through the filters quicker.

I don't know about the filter setup but whoever put that shelving together knew what he was doing. Lol. Looks good man!

Looks good, whatever. How did you cut the bottom of the pot off? Do you use a draw off pail or do you slide the two pieces under the draw off?

Ya, i had to prop the shelving up with a 2x4 so it didn't fall on my creation.lol. din rail and uni strut, good stuff.. cut the turkey pot with a zip wheel on a mini grinder. and yup,the whole thing is low enough to fit right under the draw off on the pan
