I reworked my set up this year going by all the tips given on this site. I have a full boil going on mt 2x6 pan, and my evaporation rate is at about 15 to 20 gallons an hour which is great compared to last year. I'm boiling on a home made oil tank arch. Just wanted to thank everyone for their input on this site.
