Partially boiled sap

Been boiling all day on my turkey fryer, down to about 4 gallons out of 20, about to run out of propane, Can I freeze it for use at a later date?

By the way, if you haven't already, you may want to find a ceramic blanket to wrap around the base to keep the heat in. It worked great for me.

Kyle, I started on a turkey fryer if you can use a roasting pan or a buffet pan that is shallower than the pan you are using you will evaportate twice as fast. Good luck, Lee
