We just picked up our new RO to day!!! I just have to plum it. I have never used one before but m looking forward. Not 100 percent sure on how to tell the level at which it is concentrating at. Any advice would greatly appreciated.

The cheap way and fairly accurate way would be a high brix hydrometer.

Get a temperature compensated refractometer for either 0 to 18% or 0 to 32 off ebay for 30 bucks.
