I've been searching & reading for a couple hours over last nite and today, and can't find the answer to this; it's not listed in the Leader catalog, either. What diameter are the new CV's?

I'm usually pretty good at eyeballing sizes under an inch down to the 16th inch measurements from the many hobbies I've done plus fixing up my house, but I got my order last night, and I just can't tell if they're 1/4" or 5/16"! Maybe 'cause they're clear, I dunno. I don't have any calipers to measure with...

Thanks to the both of you!

John--Is your last name Grenier? Are you any relation to Greniers who live(d) in the upper penninsula of MI? My brother's childhood friend had that last name, and I've never heard it otherwise.

definatly 5/16". I looked closely at them at the Verona conference. I guess if you ae concerned about temperature, the clear poly is the way to go. otherwise, I am sticking to the original black.

5/16th............. but they do have a taper to them. Easier to get into the hole.

Hi beth. Yes my last name is Grenier and don't think I am related to anyone from MI. But my family is French/Canadian and it is a huge family.

Yes, I like the new design. We are thinking of trying them next year, though I never liked the old design.
