16x16 pan

Anybody use a leader 16x16 filter/ bottler set up? Just wodering how many gallons they will hold to the bottom of the filter rack. thanks guys......Josh

i think it says 5 gallons on there website and same with bascoms

A question for those using flat filter finishing/bottling pans. Do maple equipment manufacturers make these pans with flat bottoms or are they tapered (i.e."V" shaped) for complete draining ?

Mine was made by Wegner metal works and its flat, but the drain is on the very bottom edge so will drain completely, I think someone said leaders is about an inch of the bottom so they had to tilt it
