Test Boil!

I am going to do a test boil this weekend, do i need to add anything to the water? Some answers would be appreciated.

No, I don't think theres anything you need to add. A test boil is just water. You won't need defoamer for just water boiling! Lol. Some pan cleaner might be needed after if your boiling well water thats "hard". Good luck with the test!
