i am building a 2x7 arch. my plan is to have a 2x2 flat sap pan that i already have and then having a 2x3 flat syrup pan with 2 dividers and a 1x2 preheater pan. the other foot will be taken up by the stack. i know, i should go to a flue pan but i don't know if i will get enough sap to run a rig like that. looking for any input on this. also, what does a 2x3 divided pan cost?

Hello i had pans made a few years ago by stainless steel creation out of wiscon. they were lazer cut and tig welded flat pans with dividers and ship to my house for $550 great work. that was a 2x2 front pan and 2x4 rear pan with coupling in the corners to hook them together. hope this helps

Thor Equipment also makes great pans to order. This past spring I designed and had them build a 3x3 syrup pan, same side draw, reversable, and a 3x5 flue pan with 10" tall raised flues. The price came in at somewhere just under 30% of Leader's price. Quality is great, welded pans too.

A 2x3 divided pan will probably run in the 350-450 range. All depends on how high of quality you go. I would check out Smokey Lake Maple Products, he is by appleton. He has stuff like that in stock and can add fitting where ever they would be needed. You can find some pans for alittle less but they are usually made from thick gauge and not welded as good.

I've heard a lot of really good things over the years about Smokey Lake Maple Products. I am looking there when I upgrade.
I have two of Wegner's finishers and thet are of high quality at a very good price. From what I have seen, Smoky Lake makes works of art.
