I currently have a 2x6 Grimm raised flue evaporator with a homemade preheater and forced air, I would like to increase my evaporation rate to 50-75gpm/hour. Is it possible with a max flue pan? Thanks bstarcon

I have a 2by8 with a 6 ft. max flue pan , Inferno arch and factory hood and preheater. I average 100gph with good hardwood. Running around 3500 taps on it. The max flue pan is fast however they will tend to make darker syrup.

I have a 30x12 vortex arch, 30x8 Max Raised flue pan, 30x4 revolution syrup pan, Flue pan boils like crazy. I made 160 gallons last year over 100 of it was Fancy grade never made any darker then a Grade A dark. I have only had them 1 year so more time will tell better, but so far I would buy again
