You will not know how to handle it!
Just think no more thinking about standing in the rain or snow boiling sap.
And you will be warmer in there, you might even be able to boil in short sleeves.

Make sure you protect the wood floor with something. The prefered method is an air gap.
Make a raised platform with either masonary blocks or steel.
