Looking to buy a new arch

Have been doing alot of research about getting a new arch. I have calculated that I will need to get about a 20GPH boil rate. Right now I am leaning toward getting a W F Mason 2x4 with a drop flue pan, and AUF. Right now I have about 50 taps available, but in about 6 or 7 years I anticipate being able to add another 40 or 50 taps. My question is...will this unit be capable of giving me the 20GPH boil rate that I am seeking? Any info or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

W.F Mason is making me a 2x4 flat pan and that is rated for 100 taps but since you are getting a drop
flue and a blower i should handle about 200 i would think and it should boil more then 20gph there is
alot of people here that have wf mason evaps so you should get some good info

I ran a Grimm 2x4 raised flue without air and I could stay at 17gph. With air I think somewhere around 20 should be reasonable.

This is how I arrived at my calculations....a 2x4 gives you 8 sq. ft. of surface. A drop flue of just 6 inches x 30 inches gives you 2.5 sq ft per drop. With 6 drops thats another 15 sq. ft. 15 + 8 = 23 sq.ft. At just 1 GPH evaporation per sq.ft. thats 23 GPH. Adding AUF should bump it to over 25 GPH. However most setups will boil at closer to 2 GPH without AUF. Am I reasonably close with these numbers?
