Processing cloudy sap

Have any of you had much experience with processing cloudy sap? I imagine the prefilter(s) is supposed to help, but I'm sure it can't get it real clean. Will this significantly shorten membrane life?

did a bit of cloudy sap this year. it does clog up the prefilter more quickly. I just wash my membranes longer and add more rinse water and that gets the membranes working like new.
