modifing my evaporator

I have a half pint. It does not do at all what I need. I am going to have a flue pan made from jim at smokey lake. I'm thinking 5ft. Keeping my halfpint flat pan. And also having a float box maid. And one have any suggestions or comments befor I order. Oh and I'm also going to extent the arch my self. Open to any advice

Is there a way to modify your half pint pan so that it would have a float box option and a way to reverse the flow?

Or If you had a drop flue made you would not need a second float box...

other than that, it makes sense to me.

Course you could also consider selling the half pint as is and getting a bigger complete rig.
