I am all signed up, but just curious, what other method of advertisement is being done? If it weren't for maple trader I wouldn't know about this. I assume its on the NH maple assoc. website. Maybe an email should go out to the members as well. Not sure when the next issue of the gathering tank comes out. You probably thought of all this stuff, but just thinking. Although I am not helping with it I will be attending and want to have a good turnout so this school can grow and offer more classes in the future.

Brad- I sent the link and brochure to Robin at NHMPA the same day I posted it on here. Her plan was to put it out in a mailing to the NHMPA mailing list. I called her tonight and left a message to see what the status of that mailing is. Also suggested sending out an email (with brochure attached and links) to the NHMPA email list in hopes of getting the word out that way.

Great Eric I figiured you thought of that already but was just curious. thanks for the info. Really looking forward to it. I hope it becomes a yearly or Bi-yearly event. Like every maple school there is multiple classes at the same time and you can't be at 2 places at the same time!!! And I do wanna here Josh B. speak!!!

Went to the school today and I learned a lot from the different speakers/teachers. The school offered some good sessions on a lot of subjects in the maple sugaring that everyone could benefit from. I was surprised at the amount of people that attended considering this was the first one for the state. Another year should bring more people I would think. Anyone that wants up to date info on whats going on in the maple industry will really get their monies worth when they attend these schools. This was a job well done by the NH Timber Owners Assoc., University of NH, and the NH Maple Producers Assoc.

I agree with everything Homestead. I go to school(s) every year and always learn enough to make it worth my time.
