Sap collection tank question

I'm wondering how large of a collection tank is needed for 150 taps (on gravity).

If your going to boil that sap at the end of everyday then a 150-200 would be fine. You can buy a 275 gallon tote that would work perfect for your size operation. They sell for $50.00-150,00 depending on who you buy it from. I saw some a auction last fall for $10.00 each.

Hello ,I have 2 sections of woods with approximately 110 taps in each one and I use 275 gallon totes ,they work great and I dont have to worry about over flowing my tanks ,hope it helps ,Al
