Nice Video. the best thing that I found last year when I first tasted the fresh honey from my hives is how good and how floral it tasted. It was amazing. I never knew honey had flavors like that. it is no comparison to the nasty stuff you get in the store that is just so over processed!!!

nice job don, my uncle used to raise bees and sell the honey, I always wanted to but to scared of the stings ,oh well maybe someday.

If you wear the full suit and gloves like I have on in the video you don't have to worry about stings!

Yeah I am not brave enough to to go in without veil and gloves some folks just go right in....NOT ME!!!

Well just did a visit and my captured swarm hive was queenless!!! oh man!!! but there were queen cells everywhere in there and I got to see a queen emerge and there were a few baby queens walking around. pretty cool anyway. things didn't look quite right last time I was in there. So I took off the honey super with with no honey now I have to feed it :(

The other 2 looked great!! Eggs + a full super of honey on each which will stay on there until its time to winterize!!! 1 hive needs alot more honey in the top box the other is about 1/2 full guessing by weight.
