stack out the back of the evaporator

How big of a problem is it to put a 90 degree bend in the stack about head high then run it thru the side wall Then put another 90 degree bend to run it straight up. I asked this because I want to put my evaporator in the garage and the insurance does not go up if it goes thru the medal side walls.

I ran ours thru the side wall at 45 deg to try to keep the draft from doing the 90 degree turn. Seems to draft pretty good. Just used 2 - 45 degree connectors turned opposite ways. I'm sure everyone will say straight up is best but I just couldn't put that big hole in the brand new roof. I'm sure I will someday.
