Hey everybody, I'm just introducing myself. I am doing my research now cause I'm gonna try making some syrup next year. My property is full of maple trees and I figured why not. I'm sure I will have tons of questions so any help would be appreciated.

welcome mapes. you sure came to the right place. They have answered more questions for me than I can count. One thing I've also found helpful is the search function. If you have a question, its probably been asked before and answered on an old post. Just reading the posts can give you so much knowledge, and new ideas. but I must issue you a warning. One you start you can't stop, and its like a snowball, it gets bigger and bigger. Making maple syrup is a drug. And your gonna want more. its like legal heroin
