how big a cupola do i need?

installing the new arch..ok well new to me anyways..it's a 5x12 grimm raised flu...biggest question is...how big do i need to make the cupola? the ceiling is 16' high..I do not have a hood for this year..perhaps in the future...am thinking of it being the same size as the arch? and about 30" off the peak? as always...thanks for the input...

I remember reading some place about the size of cupala's but can remember exactly where, it might have been on the UVM website. I run a 2x6 my cupola is 2 x 8 approx and at times its not big enough to remove all the steam.

rule of thumb is same size as evaporator. so you could do two 2.5 high x 12 ft doors- or some variation on that...
