Changing from double to single saddles

AHey Guys,

fter seeing the results of using double saddles on high vacuum last year, we are going to change ours over to singles. Should we put in two new singles, or just one and use the old double as a single and either plug one side or loop it back to itself wiith a "T"?

I have been using them by plugging one side with a cap. Probably would be better to replace them because of the potential leak but time and money dictate otherwise at this point.
