candy machine

Does any one know of a used candy machine 4 sale? I was looking to getting one but thought i'd first see if there were any used ones out there.

They occasionally turn up here on the classifieds. Or you can try Bascom's used equipment listings, or other equipment dealers that stock used equipment. I found a used candy machine on Craig's list a few years ago that is an older model but works great.

Generally folks hold onto these once they invest because they last forever if maintained well, but if you look long and hard you will find one.

Like was already said there is not a lot of them turned over. Once you buy one it will last you forever. They are durable and weather you make 10 lbs a yr or a hundred etc. the same machine is used so you won't out grow it like an evaporator.
If you can be patient keep your eyes open and one will turn up but don't expect it to be cheap.

If you do find a used one be sure to test run it to be sure everything works properly. There have been a couple used sold with the worm bent beyond repair. A new worm is $$$$. If they won't put it together and turn it on for a few seconds there is likely a reason.
Your best bet to find one is someone going out of business/ retired.
