Shelf life on maple brittle

Can anyone tell me what the shelf life on maple brittle would be?

A lot of that depends on the quality of seal on the packaging. If sealed perfectly it lasts a long time. The usual problem is an imperfect seal and the brittle takes up moisture from the ambient air. You might need a good commercial vacuum sealer or at least a good heat sealer.
