I am curious....Does anyone have this machine and what do you get for concentrate and permeate flow, and what concentrate percent? I have this machiine and we usually run it fast flow and recycle but have not really experimented with pushing the pressure high to get higher concentration.

Just looking for other peoples opinions.

Craig, I do pretty much what you do. I have tried pushing it occasionally, and best I can get is maybe 6-8% in one pass with 1.5% sap. Conc. is probably around only 1 gpm, perm. starts around 5-6, but soon drops to 3-4. I'm using an XLE440 membrane. Which do you have? What kind of flow do you get? I'm probably going to change to a PVD1, since I've been told it should hold up on flow better during recircing, and cleans easier. Just a huge expense to swallow, since I paid less than half for the 440! I guess if we change feed pumps, we should be able to add a second tower. That's probably an outrageous expense, too.
