I laughed out loud watching this, It's the way we all feel UNTIL we make some syrup!

An absolutely "true hoot". How this fellow can carry his rhymes for 13 minutes astounds me.
And to think it comes from Ripton, VT. It's a town you have to know to appreciate...halfway up one side of Bethel Mtn between east and west nowhere. That's an area that was hit really hard with TS Irene last year. It is just "uphill" from Rochester - which is the town that generated a lot of news photos with it s state highway bridge laying in the river and a temporary wooden crosswalk built instead. The road into town was closed for a long time and even then restricted as to hours of access.
Enjoy the video
Steve.

My first year boiling was similar to that. I went through a lot of propane to make 3.5 gallons and they got to know me pretty good at the maple supply house too.
