Maple Syrup Season in NH. 2012
This survey is being done as a research project for the science of maple sugaring class at Colby-Sawyer College in New London, NH. The intent of this project is to gain an understanding of maple syrup production in New Hampshire. We are looking to gather data on the amount of sap collected, and syrup produced, during the 2012 season. We are also looking for historical data on syrup production, if it is available.
We will make our results available to the MapleTrader List.
We would greatly appreciate it if maple syrup producers, both commercial and hobby, took the time to complete this survey. It should not take more than ten minutes of your time. Please click on the link below and complete the 18 questions.
Many thanks.
Doug McKenna, Class of 2012.
