Hey all
Of the 6 batches I got this year, only one has turned out thick and cloudy - pretty sure I let it overcook, and really don't want to put any sap I may still get into it to try and salvage it. But I have almost a litre of the stuff and it tastes fine, just looks like apricot jam - light amber and thick, cloudy.
Any ideas as to what I can do with this ugly stepchild of a batch? Turn it into maple cream maybe?
