Sanitizing Sap Tubing

The Ontario Ministry of Agriculture has published a note in their latest weekly "Maple Production Agriphone".

This includes recommendations on how to use isopropyl alcohol to sanitze tubing.

For southern Ontario guys, Love's Sweetness Maple, our local Leader dealer, is stocking 20 L drums of 99% alcolhol
at $83. Cdn and says that should be enough for a 1000 tap system. Going to get our drum Monday.
