Well I was up all night cooking what could be some of the last sap I get for the season.
Should finish out right around 5-6 gallons for the second cooking if the short season.
How did everyone else do this season for gallons of finished syrup?

Well this being only my second season I don't have much to compare with. I have a 2X6 flat pan rig with 100 buckets, and I made 16 gallons of liquid gold. The warm weather killed what was a great sap run. I only boiled 4 times once the pans were sweet.
