I don,t know what A&A metal shop is? GINGERICH are Lapierre dealers, they are Amish but handle a complete line of equipment and containers. They list two phone numbers if anyone has questions.440-834-8816 and 440-478-6201.

I was thinking of Ray Gingerich out near Orwell. I think he still deals for A&A Metal Shop. A&A makes a lot of maple equipment, evaporators, RO's, preheaters.

Last September Ray hosted a maple equipment auction. It was listed in the Ohio maple producers newsletter. Is there a sale like this every year or just once in a while? I did go to the sale and picked up some stuff I really needed. I'm hoping there will be another one this year too.
