Question for the troops - I have a coal burner that puts out max 300,000 BTU's. What size pans would you match to this? I tried a homemade version of a tube pan with 32ft2 of surface area and got 18gph , not the output I expected. Wondering if my expectations were to high. I could easily change it back to wood, but the lazy way with a coal stoker was pretty nice to tend.
Thanks
