Pulled the taps today,and finished up the last gallon and a half of syrup. It seemed to not have the best flavor, but I'll use it here. Just over 12 gallons total. My first year with a Leader Half Pint. I already want to go bigger as I have converted the pole barn into a sugarhouse. Got lots of other stuff to look for this summer though, as a lot of my startup stuff was borrowed. Thanks to all on here. without living on here, I couldn't have done it.
