I think I have a little tear coming to my eye. First year is coming to an end. Trees getting quite buddy and sap is clouding up. I guess I can't complain though, we have had our taps in since the last day of January and they only stopped for one week! We have gotten 6 gallons of syrup so far and just put the last of the sap in the tank to boil tomorrow. Only around 80 gallons of sap left till the end of the season. Already preparing for next year. Been a blast and I can see this going on for years to come. Best of luck to the rest of ya'll!
