maple candy labels

I have started making maple candy, but don't really know what i am responsible for putting on the labels. Does the nutritional info have to be on the label?
Any info would be muchly appreciated.

Go to the Dept of ag site(hate the gov, but...) or check with NYSMSA.

one thing not to do is to label it "candy'' becuase therfore it is taxable.label it molded sugar cakes and it is not taxable.......
