View Full Version : sap in pan, shelf life?

Heres my question, got sap in pan. about 3 gallons boiled down from about 30 gallons of sap. So a bit more to go before it is syrup. How long can I leave it. Looking to boil again saturday. Should I pull it off and just finish it or will it be OK to leave? thanks
