I have one full size steam table pan and is currently doing a boil, my ?????????/ is i am going to boil more in the morning and was woundering if i could leave what i boil today in the pan over night, or take it out and clean the pan. any help will be helpfull thank cory:)

we leave it the pan just cover it up good so junk doesn't fall in.

Hi Cory - I agree with Bob - won't hurt a thing. Today - in my little part of Michigan - Bugs of all sorts were out for the first time - so covering is a good idea.
I still use a large steam table pan to finish my almost syrup over a turkey fryer burner cause it is fairly fast. -----Mike----

Leave it in the pans. just dont let it spoil. thats the only real threat. and keep stuff out from contaminating it.
